Our polyurethane and plastic components are suitable, but sometimes require a different installation technique than fiberglass components. DO NOT PAINT THE PRODUCT BEFORE INSTALLATION. The best tools for the job are Tiger Seal or 3M tape, a hair dryer or heat gun, and self-tapping screws. Polyurethane is rubber and can be flexible or brittle depending on the temperature; you may need to gently heat it with a hair dryer or heat gun to flex it in difficult areas. Keep in mind that no product is ever 100% perfect.
It is always recommended to have the installation done by a specialized shop to avoid damaging the product.
