US-Racing Sump Baffles Aluminum (Civic 07-11 Type R)

The US-Racing Sump Baffles are welded in the oil pan, and make sure that the oil pump can't pump oil when the car is used on heavy duty street or circuit racing.
Especially when takin hard turns, or high speed increasements, these sump baffles proof their worth!
Oil starvation happens during hard cornering and heavy braking and is particulary common problem on track. This baffle prevents oil surges due to oil shifting caused by centrifugal forces. The kit contains 5 laser-cut aluminium pieces formed to the necessary shapes to fit your original oil sump. After all the baffle pieces are test fitted into the sump, everything should be welded in permanently by a proffessional.

The Spoon and Mugen oil pans use this modification as a standard!
